    The recipes are simple with mainly fruit and/or vegetable ingredients listed and preparation underneath in clear terms. While a few recipes add about 2 tablespoons of sugar or honey or some salt, most do NOT have added sugar or salt. I like the Variation, Juicing Tips, and Weight Loss Benefits listed for each recipe; they are helpful and useful. I can’t wait to try these out. If it had pictures, I would’ve given it five stars.

    These recipes have SUGAR ADDED. This is not what you are looking for. The whole idea behind juicing whether it is for weight loss or health issues is to leave those ingredients behind – naturally – so your body can rest from processing them. The real juicing books would let the fruit in the recipe be sufficient sugar, which is more than enough.

    Tried all and loved all the juice recipes! My favorite combo is beets and celery! I would definitely recommend this juicing recipe book for beginners.
